Relocate tv box and modem

Can someone help me arrange a non fault box and modem relocation please!? Guy on the phone wouldn’t arrange it for me as I couldn’t tell him if my tv box was connected via an Ethernet cable or WiFi to my router!

I'm sorry to hear you've had a bit of trouble getting the support you're looking for. To clarify, are you saying that you want to rearrange the install set up that you currently have? If so, we can send out an engineer to sort that out for you, but there would be a £25 call out fee in order to do so. This would be added to the next bill.
