I have exactly the same problem. I tried to fill out the feedback form and it froze. Subsequent attempts state that it is no longer available as the link has expired.
I have requested a new feedback form via email and called Virgin to resend but to no avail.
Our technician Jamie 78618 was excellent, unlike the feedback form and all subsequent attempts to contact Virgin Media.

If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox.
If you are on a mobile/tablet device then click on the little circle icon in the top right and then select 'Messages'.

I have found a way. Just thought there would be a simple reply button in the Private Message.
