I also need my Virgin Box removed from outside my house, before Building Works are commenced. I will need it removed before end of June 2024 at the latest. I do not know who to contact about this.. I would be grateful if someone from Virgin can direct me, or send me a private message? I am no longer a Virgin customer, and have no intention to return to Virgin. I therefore woule like the box removed (and for someone to make good the damage that was done to the brickwork when installed). Teriibly shoddy workmanship by the installer (who blew the brick work on outside, and then attempted to cover over the damage with heaps of silicone!)
