Also having the same problem. Applied as a new user and the router was meant to be delivered on the 16th December, still don't have it and I haven't had any text or email about delivery. Can't track due to it being new so I don't have account number or area number.

How come you haven't got an account number, the VM service was finally announced here last Monday, I ordered it on Monday morning, and on Tuesday I had received various email PDF's giving all the details, including my account number, and I was able to set up an on-line account.
Have you checked your junk folder?, perhaps the VM emails have been going there?.
So far, including the original email telling me the service was now available to order, I've received 13 emails from VM since Monday 😄
I've heard nothing yet about a router arriving, but perhaps as a new install the installer brings it with him?.
