Unfortunately i've also found recently that the cover been lost/damaged on the box that is connected to my home due to bad weather. Could someone please organise this to get sorted for me please? thanks

That's great, thanks for confirming. Security has been cleared.
The next available appointment we have is for 11th March between 1pm-6pm - you won't need to be home for this, just as long as the engineer has access to the omni box.
Let me know if you're OK with this time and I'll get it booked in.

Hello, I have the same issue as person above.
The external white Virgin Media cable box/cover is missing due to the terrible weather. I am worried about the exposure of the cables to the elements and the potential risk of vandalism, as cutting the wires appears to have happened previously.
I couldn't locate any information on the Virgin Media help site or app regarding requesting a replacement box. How can we proceed with arranging a replacement, please?
