Question about getting Broadband

Hi all i live in like a cul de sac in widnes but the services are not available in the the court however the street that it leads onto has vm services and so does the street where my drive at the back is there is even a triangle on edge of my small drive for vm cable to be pulled. only prob is the website does not recognise this i want to get vm services how would i go about getting a spotter out or someone to come and see if they can pull services to the property i dont mind if its installed in one of the bedrooms that is on the drive for contexts its a ground floor apartment. many thanks can supply pics if needed.
