Why is it taking so long for preinstallation external works to be completed? Been waiting for over 2 months now and have no internet to the property at all! Workers have been to have a look and gone but never seem to get any work done. Absolutely appalling service by Virgin.

I am in the same case than you and Virgin does not give a **bleep** at all about us !!
You cannot even cancel now
I filed an official complaint at the OFCOM and I will go to the court
