My M125 broadband contract is up at the end of September & was going from £29 to £44.

I called them, and after going through the automated stuff, the phone was answered in 1 ring.

Long story short, he instantly offered me the same deal for £19 and he didn't try & sell me any other upgrades or packages.

He says there's some great retention deals at the moment, so if your contract is due to end soon then give them a ring and you might be surprised.
