Ordered the Gig1 Fibre Broadband upgrade but WHEN?

On the 8 Feb 2024, I ordered the Gig1 Fibre Broadband upgrade via my VM account. I received a confirmation email with an order number, but since then nothing. If I check “My Orders & Appointments” it reports that I do not have any open orders.


When can I expect my order to be fulfilled?
