Can anyone help got a solid orange light on my hub and router every now and then the picture freezes and distorted it lasts a bout a minute have tried resetting but stays the same my WiFi does seem to be slow.

Two separate problems. The LED colour can vary from white to deep orange and ones between. It’s not a problem, just due the cheap LED ageing. The freezes indicate a signal problem, you should check the signal quality on the TV device.
