'Oops something went wrong'

Had this twice now at the last hurdle trying to sign up. Even get the pre-contract guff emailed before it happens. Last time was nearly 9 months ago.

Despite all the kit and ducts being in, years later VM are the only choice for true fibre for those poor sods who live to the left of the big old green and also grey cabinets round the corner...

Don't know how common this years but have no desire to be held on the phone for hours when I'm trying to buy something, not a good advert and maybe by the end of my current contract (3 months to go) who knows what else might be available.
