Upgraded my contract from M500 to Gig 1, received my order summary docs which had my new bill amount and also said 0.00 upfront and 0.00 one off payments. All Good.
I then received an email with the date the new kit will arrive. All Good.
Then yesterday I received my actual contract which now has a £35 set up/activation fee on it. Not So Good.
Can someone from Virgin explain why I now have this charge please as it wasn't in my basket when I ordered and doesn't appear in my order summary/contract info sheet 🤔
