Nothing after order confirmation

Placed an order earlier this week. Router etc was meant to be delivered today but had no tracking details, nor have I received any further communication from Virgin. Can’t track the order as can’t create an account due to having no account number and no area reference. Tried calling but get sent in circles as have no account number.
