I placed an order today and still havent received an email confirmition and you have also charged me twice for the up front fee.

Sorry to hear of your concern with your order and charges.
There are no charges until the service and account has been activated. This would require you to have received our equipment and had the time to install this or contact us for further support.
Since posting have you received any further communication from us? It could be that your email we have is incorrect maybe.
