Not received any delivery information from yodel!

Good afternoon, I ordered my broadband QuickStart pack last week but I have still not received any information whatsoever from yodel about the order being received or sent out. The welcome email stated that my order should have been delivered last Friday 26th July. It is now Monday 29th July and I still haven’t heard anything.
When can I expect this to be delivered?

Hi Nichola1 

You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and ask them what's happening.

They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday

(It can take a couple of days for a member of the forum team to pick up your post)

I contacted them on Tuesday 30th July and I am still waiting for my broadband to be delivered. Contacted yodel they do not have my broadband yet and they said that the sender (Virgin) still has it. It has now been two weeks! Not a good start with Virgin at all.
