No information about delivery QuickStart kit

Hello,

I am trying to find informations about the delivery of QuickStart kit that I have ordered 5 days ago. I cannot find details if/when the kit will be delivered. I only get order confirmation email and that has no details to set the account in order to track the delivery.

Could you please provide information how to solve this. Thank you.
