No cornfirmation of installation date

Hi,

I ordered Virgin Media Fibre Broadband with a Stream box on 14/6 and it was due to be installed today (2/7) however, I have not received any confirmation of installation date. I have only been sent the pre contract information and an initial order confirmation. Any help would be great.
