My hub 5 is flashing blue been calling virgin since yesterday. Was told someone would be out on the 4 hour priority as myself and my son are disabled. But the first time they text to day noone will be out till Monday I called back again told 4 hours and it had been raised as an emergency priority call and to wait the 4 hours when noone come I called back no answer. Internet come back for a bit then stopped again just b4 12am when my disabled son was up in pain and trying to game to help. It come back on for 5 minutes at 2am and now been off all night. Called this morning treated like hell on the phone and told they don't do Sunday calls and that my priority means nothing offered £10 it's already cost all my kids phone data so it's not about money I need the Internet back on. When I could get in to the hub the notes said I had been denied service? I have paid my bill. Just got a text to say they now not coming till Tuesday I can't go without it till then what if I had let them put my phone on the wifi when they was pushing me to my house would be ringing with all my emergency bells for my fall detection now if I had let them transfer it if they can't guarantee the 4 hour priority.
