New hub not connecting

I had a new hub delivered in February and it is still not connecting so have no Wi-Fi.

trying to get hold of anybody is almost impossible what do I do?

So you have had no service since February?  Is this a new install or a replacement Hub?

If you wait here a couple of days a VM Mod should pick this up and discuss directly with you.

I'm very sorry to hear that your new Hub would not connect last week.
