New connection to new New build property

  • We are building new home in the back garden. We are interested in a virgin media connection for telephone and broadband connectivity. For the past week we have been asked to phone these two numbers. 0800 053 2525 and 0345 454 1111. It has been the most frustrating experience. Both these departments have bounced us around between them for the past week. Is there anyone VM can help?
