New Hub using old network

Installed new Hub5 today.  New network popped up for a couple of minutes then disappeared. Had removed old details but they reappeared. Called help line but they didn’t get the problem.  Said would m...

    I believe this occurs by default when HUBs are swapped out, and no, it doesn't matter.

    Saves you having to setup all your devices again!

    Well it’s STILL happening and causing a lot of problem apart from the time wasted.  The old password no longer seems to work either.  What a complete pain

      Correct, it will still be happening as it's how it works when a HUB is replaced.
