Neighbour 2 doors down can get VM Cable broadband but my house not listed

I really would love to have cable internet and so went through the availability checker only to find my house is not listed. 

Hardly any on my street are but a house two doors down is listed. 

Why is this? I submitted the request info button to register my interest but nothing ever comes back from it.
