Hello, I want to switch to Virgin Media as EE is not meeting the speed guarantee. However, my address is not shown, but a few of my neighbour's streets are connected. I need to switch as soon as possible. Recently, Virgin ran fibre down my road and houses five doors down can order fibre, yet my address says I can't. I have contacted the Virgin sales team, but there is no update.
