Move cable entry point

Hi,

I’d like to arrange for the cable entry point on our house to be moved. Other posts suggest that this will get picked up and arranged via this forum, as I’ve had difficulty contacting VM any other way.

Yes should be £25 fee for this work.  A VM Mod will pick this up in a day or two.

Just to confirm what you're personally needing to arrange.

Are you looking to relocate your router to another room or are you looking to change where your external cables come into the home externally?

External cables come into the home externally! Of course I would know how to move my router. 

The router will of course then be moved to a new room once the cables are coming into the different part of the house.
