Move cable entry point

Hi,

I need to get my entry point moved to the other side of the room. Can someone help me book an engineer visit please? 

It doesn't seem possible to do it via online chat, phone or WhatsApp.

Hi ArcadeOcto 

There would be a £25 non fault call out charge (it used to be £99) to do the work you require.

You should call  150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, option 2 (Faults

When calling Faults ignore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and book the tech for you.

Or wait a day or two and a member of the Forum Team should pick this up for you and arrange a tech visit.

We can get this entry point relocated for you from here with the £25 charge included.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security first then agree a date for an engineer to attend.

This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
