I've just moved into a new house and the cable entry point is in the bedroom and consequently we can't set up the TiVo in the living room.
I understand if I post here someone from Virgin will pick it up and I can arrange for the cabling to be moved?

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
