Hi I’m also wanting my wall socket moved after just having an install and finding it’s not in a good place for the dog and the baby…. Can I get booked in please

Ther will be a non-fault call out fee of £25.
The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Hi there,
Please could you assist me in as well. I would like to move my virgin wall socket from my bedroom to the living room but can’t work out how to speak to someone to arrange this when calling them.
