Move Virgin wall socket

Hi,

I need to move my virgin wall socket but can’t work out how to speak to someone to arrange this when calling them. 

Any ideas how best to arrange this?

£25 standard fee for this work.  Just wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up and arrange.

As mentioned by Adduxi, the moving of your wall socket, does come at a one-time cost of £25, which is applied to the next bill after the visit. I'm going to send you a private message, so we can look into getting this booked for you.

Hi Carley. 

Yes, we'd are refurbishing the living room and will move where the TV is situated so we would like the virgin wall box to move to the other side of the room. The room is above the cellar so should be easy enough. We will move everything else.
