The number you gave me is the number for the call center in India. Of course they were useless and could not deviate from there script. Really, is that the best you can do, send me back to square one?

    I was unable to find a means of contacting anyone other than Sales in India and they had no idea what I was talking about as it wasn't on their script.

    Just to confirm, have you tried calling the telephone number provided (0800 052 1734)? That should definitely get you through to the pre-installation team.

    Yes and it took me to the call center in India. See my previous comment above. I have now given up on VM. Hopeless customer service and all departments hide behind the Indian call center who have very poor command of English and are impossible to understand.
