Installation date removed

Our original installation date for our order was 14 June. After various external works (including the contractors connecting us to the wrong box on the street) this has been moved first to 5 July (when the virgin engineer came and found the issue), then 23rd July and most recently 13th August.

No engineer showed up on 13th August. I spoke to the call centre on 13th who advised the installation had been put on hold due to external works (had two calls from virgin the week before to confirm the 13th, but no one thought to call me to say that actually no one would be showing up)

The contractors have visited the property multiple times since to rectify the external works. Most recently on 31st July, 1st and 6th August to redo the cabling and I therefore believe all works are complete again. We have had an external box on our property in place since before 5th July.

However there is now no date showing for when the final installation by virgin will be taking place.

The call centre couldn't help, the WhatsApp messages and web chats all seem to disappear into a void, hence why I'm here. We have a complaint reference as someone called to say they were "handling our case", but there's seemingly no way to get in touch with them to get an update.

Is there someone on here who can help?
