Hello all,
I have a confirmed installation date for 14.02.2024 but nothing is showing up in the app.
I've moved in into a flat and I have relayed every information about the property to Virgin Media.
I have checked previous posts in the forums, and it seems like a recurring issue ?
Is there any way to reach the Virgin team, to confirm this date, as I fear it has been cancelled. I haven't been able to reach their long phone queues ~ 60min long. This is a urgent priority in order to access and work from home!

Please close this down, apparently my flat is only BT. But I wasn't informed of this.
