We're sorry to hear you've been waiting for an engineer visit. Our timeslot for install bookings are usually between 8am - 1pm and 1pm - 6pm. As you have mentioned 4pm, we can only assume your timeslot was between 1pm - 6pm.
The engineer can turn up at any time during the timeslot. Checking things here, we can see the engineer arrived on time and completed things for you.
