How do I book an engineer for a line installation?

I just moved into a 4 story house. Each floor is a separate flat. The bottom 2 flats of the property have Virgin Media connections but they top 2 flats don't seem to. How can I get an engineer to install a line to my flat? Has anyone had this issue before? Thanks in advance for any help or advice.

Have you ordered a broadband connection? If not just asked for a technician install. If you have already ordered then call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday
