As said below looking at getting VM as moving apartment. With the April increase on contracts is it more beneficial to wait or do so now?

Usually  if you order close to the April RPI increase, it will not apply, but this is VM so who knows?  If in doubt, leave it for now.  Beside, depending on the install, it may take longer than you think.
