I've had a request in with the Field Sales Survey team for some time.
I'm moving to a new build house shortly, "the estate is serviced by VM but an engineer needs to connect each house as/when they're complete". The words of the site manager, backed up by the fact the majority of the houses on the estate are available on the postcode checker.
Proof as proof goes that the house is all but wired in by VM.
My Unserviceable Homes request is seemingly untouched and call lines aren't able to provide me with any details.
I'm desperately seeking information on when an engineer will get to my property, and what I'm to do regarding my account if they're not available until after we've moved in.
Failing that, a general idea of how long it took for anyone else to get someone out to connect their new build property.
