Hello,
I’m enquiring about having our external brown cable box repaired/replaced? The cover has come away completely and the wires and cable are fully exposed to the elements.
Would it be possible to arrange for an engineer to take a look before it suffers more severe damage?

Please post a photo to allow VM to assess the damage. If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss.
