Exterior wall box covers

Hi due to the bad weather of the last days the Exterior wall box covers have gone, had a look around but cannot find anything, can this be replaced please, at the moment the cables are hanging

I've booked a technician for you to come out and have this repaired. You can find confirmation of the visit via your online account.

Let me know if there are any problems with the date or time and I can look to reschedule this for you. 

Please ensure there is someone over the age of 18 present at the time of the visit. If you need to change or cancel your appointment you can also do this online or via the MyVM app by 4pm the day before the appointment.

If you do miss an agreed appointment for any reason, a £25 missed appointment charge will be applied to your account on the day of the appointment.

Hello, I have the same issue as person above.

 
The external white Virgin Media cable box/cover is missing due to the terrible weather. I am worried about the exposure of the cables to the elements and the potential risk of vandalism, as cutting the wires appears to have happened previously.

I couldn't locate any information on the Virgin Media help site or app regarding requesting a replacement box. How can we proceed with arranging a replacement, please?

Same thing happened to me yesterday. There is also cable on the ground without any cover. Is any chance get it fixed please?
