Good morning,
I recently added virgin box 360 to my package ( just had wifi) . I set it up via Wi-Fi etc but shows error code cs2004 ? I've checked cables and all in etc.
Not sure what to do ?! Any help greatly appreciated.

I see the VM troubleshooting pages don't work anymore, which is a shame (they don't work here anyway).
Can you possibly try connecting the TV box to your router via and Ethernet cable rather than wireless?

Thanks for the update Emmamb80, from checking the error code here it indicates it isn't able to load the channel, is this the same across all channels?
