Error code CS1011 on new setup

I tried installing my Hub 3 and 360 Box today. What a mess! Wrong cables, zero customer service.... awful start.

Anyway after raiding my cable bin for the stuff Virgin failed to send me, I finally got as far as connecting the 360 box. I get to the Welcome message, but then get a CS1011 error. I have tried rebooting it - no dice. 

I can't really call between the hours of 8am and 8pm so what do I do? I just need to tell Virgin that there is a problem (and not to bill me until it is fixed) but how do I do it?! Any guidance welcome. Thanks!

Have you connected the Hub 3 up as well?  Is the Hub working as well as the 360?
