Hi there wonder if anyone can help me, so I’ve followed the step by step guide on setting up but I connect to the WiFi and it says no I Ernest connection and on the hub 3 it’s got a green flashing light that won’t stop any suggestions on what to do please
its brand new today

If it is the green base light that is flashing then your hub cannot connect to Virgin's network. Check that the coaxial (white) cable is plugged into the hub firmly & to whatever it connects to at the other end. If it is check the service status on 0800 561 0061 for local outages. If there are no issues in your area you need to ring the Pre-install hotline (0800 052 1734) & book a technician to fault find your connection
