Confirmation email

Hi, I signed up the other day  and got my pre contract document however, I never received a confirmation email. Please can you help me out as I need to know when my wifi box will be delivered and be able to log into my account to see payments etc.

Sorry to hear that you've not received your confirmation email, we aren't able to resend this at our side as this is an automatic process, 

Have you double checked your junk/spam folders for the confirmation email? It's odd that you would receive your contract information but not the confirmation. 

Please let us know if it's been over 48 hours since you signed up and received your contract information and have double checked all your email folders/inboxes and we can look into this further.
