Communication between Epos and the Digital land line

Hi there , I am new to this Digital land line .

I am a business owner,and I use Epos system to creat a customer data base using land line . But since my land line switched to a digital one , there is no communication between the Epos and the digital land line.

I have spoke to my Epos system provider. They have asked to to ask Virgine media about ATA Adapter. Virgine media said they don't have any other adapters. 

My question is Any one can tell me a solution.  Or any idea how can I sort it out .

This could be difficult. You are on the customer support forum for Virginmedia residential customers. They don't supply accessories for business use, so you may be out of luck here.

The Virgin Business staff should be able to help you, but they don't come here.

VM's digital phone is already adapted to analogue. You wont need another ATA adapter as it's built into the Hub where you plug a phone in.

You'll need to remove your Epos system from the old phone socket and plug it into the phone socket on the Hub.
