Changed to HUB 5 which keeps cutting out

I'm having awful problems maintaining a connection. The internet cuts out  every few minutes. Can a techy check out my connection please!

If this is over Wifi and you are not using the Pods, try disabling the Smart Wifi feature.  This should stop the Hub jumping Wifi channels and causing disconnects.
