I'm looking to arrange an engineer to come soon to change my broadband access point from one downstairs room to another on same front side of house. I understand there is a £25 fee.
How do I arrange this pls?
I've also lost my memorable word.

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Any ideas with the memorable word when the telephone number asks for it? 10 yrs since I did it.

Can you log into your online account? You should be able to make the request from in there.
You will need the password - if you have forgotten that - then just follow the prompts and see where it takes you when you cant add a memorable word.
You may end up having to call in - if you cant input the word - there will be procedures they can apply that will prove you are the account holder and allow you toi set a new memorable word (then write it down 😎). Try just hanging onto the call and not inputting any info - dont press any other buttons when offered and you should be in the queue for the next human agent.

Sadly I'm in a bad situation in that the e-mail on my account no longer exists at all(completely deleted by microsoft) and I seem to have lost my memorable word hence I cannot even obtain services on the phone or online.
