Can't select individual flat for new connection

Hi,

I am scheduled to move into a new address soon and wish to use Virgin media as my ISP,

Unfortunately my flat does not exist in the database, the building number does as does a neighbours address

 

Is there any way to get this updated so that we can get a line installed
