Can I connect old NTL box to my Virgin Media Hub 3?

I have just moved into a new property. I read that you can connect the Virgin Media Hub 3 to an NTL box but the cable does not seem to fit the NTL box. What shall I do?

No. Any “old NTL” kit should have been returned as kit is rented.

I presume you mean an NTL wall socket, in which case it's the one to use. Are you saying it has a male connector?
