Cabinet against timber fence

Hello,

Your contractors have installed a cabinet against my timber boundary fence. In doing so we are now unable to replace the fence without removing your cabinet. Your designers didn't consider the implications of the location. In addition to which you now provide an ideal platform for unwanted visitors into my back garden, this is creating a serious risk to my wife, two daughters and grand daughter as I work away.

I have already reported this and been provided with reference number 107332_30897.

Please remove the cabinet to the other side of the road where there isn't a timber fence

not going to happen - permission will have been given by your local council as its on their land - you can contact them but unless they insist its moved VM will do nothing

Unfortunately you are going to have to live with this. They will not move it.
