Brown box outside cover

Had the lid on the outside brown box replaced last year but keeps popping open over the last few days leaving wiring exposed, technician did not replace the rear fixing plate at the time as he didnt have any, can VM help please

Hi,

I received a text message last Wednesday to confirm the booking for Thursday 25th Julye and replied 'KEEP' but no engineer has done any work on the box, photo attached for reference.
