Brown Box replacement

Hi, I know this has been posted before so sorry for reposting, but please could someone from VM arrange for a replacement Brown Box cover to be sent out? Our old one has blown away. Thanks Matt

Sorry to hear that your omni box cover has blown away. We'll need to arrange an engineer to come and replace this for you. Please join me on private message so I can locate your account and pass account security. You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and select 'Messages' from the drop down.
