Hi,
I am about to move in to a new house and take my existing VM services with me. They have told me that I am eligible for their 'self set up' but the problem is, the brow box outside is exposed and the wiring looks very suspect. I can't seem to be able to get them to put this right for me! Any help would really be appreciated.

I am so sorry that you have an issue with the Omnibox on the outside of the house. We would be happy to book an appointment for you to have this resolved but we would need to arrange this when you are home as we cannot arrange work on an a property that does not have service with us.
