Hi,
I am about to move in to a new house and take my existing VM services with me. They have told me that I am eligible for their 'self set up' but the problem is, the brow box outside is exposed and the wiring looks very suspect. I can't seem to be able to get them to put this right for me! Any help would really be appreciated.

I am so sorry that you have an issue with the Omnibox on the outside of the house.
